Cost - Prices are in New Zealand Dollars, GST inclusive. These preferential room only rates are listed as per room, per night and based on single, twin or double occupancy unless otherwise stated.
Payment and Cancellations - You will need to provide your credit card details to secure your booking, however, you can still elect to pay your conference fee on the invoice once you have completed the online registration forms. Please check the individual Terms and Conditions of each hotel for further information regarding payment and cancellation policies.
Additional Requests - If you require accommodation outside of the conference dates which are available to book below, please book the dates that are available and then make a note of the additional nights required in the 'Accommodation Requests' section during registration. The Conference Managers will send a request to the hotel on your behalf and will confirm with you directly via email once the hotel has replied.
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Queenstown
